Sessions & Fees
Leafield House Nursery is open 7.30am – 6pm, Monday to Friday, 51 weeks of the year. We are closed on all bank holidays, and the period in between Christmas and New Year.
(Unfortunately we do not offer term time only childcare)
All children have access to the following services, which we provide as part of your package:

Breakfast, morning snack, two course lunch, afternoon snack and light Tea. Wipes and nappies are provided by the setting, as well as a wide range of extra-curricular activities, and other amenities. |

- Suncream for the children (skin test required first)

A minimum of 2 full day sessions are required to register your child.
Priority is given to full time places, and children with siblings already attending the setting. We offer a sibling discount of 5%.
All of our fees are due upfront on the 1st of each month.
We offer limited funded places in conjunction with the government funding scheme.
Free Funded Hours
Funded hours typically only cover 38 weeks of the year, however, as we are not term-time, we stretch the funded hours over the full year, to accommodate parents who require childcare all year round.
What funded childcare are you currently entitled to?
15 hours funding
All parents of children aged 3-4 years old are eligible to claim 15 hours funding.
30 hours funded childcare
From September 2025, the government rolled out 30 hours funding for working parents of children aged 9 months – 4 years old.
You may also be eligible to claim these funded hours, if you claim certain benefits listed by the government.

Tax Free Childcare
Tax free childcare (TFC) is a government scheme to help working parents with the cost of their childcare. This is aimed at families with children aged 0-11, the scheme can save families up to £2,000 per child per year.
